About Us

Dorset, OH Roof Inspection offers roof inspection and roof certification in Dorset, OH, Ohio. Ohio has a large stock of older homes, from Cleveland doubles to Cincinnati brick houses, many with multiple shingle layers and aging chimneys. Northeast Ohio sits in a lake-effect snowbelt, and the whole state sees freeze-thaw cycles all winter.

Spring and summer bring hail and wind. Our roof inspection counts layers, checks chimney and valley flashing, looks for hail bruising and wind creasing, and checks attic ventilation and decking. We also provide pre-purchase roof inspection, storm damage roof assessment and roof leak diagnosis across Ohio.
